Great opening! Right off the bat you are thrusted into the unknown, from who this character is an may become, to the wonderful names that have been chosen for each character! Plus it is quite interesting to me how our race is a lot like this.. Some are just blind humans with not knowing the uses of energy and how it can be manipulated. And others have these abilities to do great things at the confusion of others.
