Armless Dentist, Acoustic Grindcore Duo From Singapore

Experimental sound in the extreme metal scene comess from the slowest spectrum to the noisy. But what about the quietest and the noisy? Duo from Singapore, Armless Dentist fills this sound with acoustic grindcore.

Armless Dentist is not the only acoustic grindcore band in the world. Some other bands that carry such unique music is A Deadly Lovetrap in Berlin and Austere Nihilist. This sound comes to the surface after the legendary grindcore unit, Anal Cunt, released EP Unplugged (199), which contains acoustic numbers.

Duo Claire Choo and Darell Laser (Yumi, Quite Quiet and Forests) have been active with Armless Dentist. They have released an EP containing two songs entitled WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO GO TO THE DENTIST? in November 2016, and EXFEARIMENT, in April 2017. 

Armless Dentist recently released EP SPHENOPALATINE GANGLIONEURALGIA on December 1, 2017 on their Bandcamp page. Sphenopalatine Ganglioneuralgia is a scientific term for brain freeze or headache due to cold stimuli. Check their song on their bandcamp at https://armlessdentist.bandcamp.com.

Reporting from Bandwagon Asia, Armless Dentist called their experimental acoustic grindcore music as a "rainbow of death powerviolence". Armless Dentist performs in an acoustic format, rather than a band, while still bringing a fast and short grindcore composition.
