Detective Conan is the manga title that contains the story of a child named Conan. Until now Detective Conan is still one of the most popular manga series in the world. However, do you know that this manga series is done with full of hard work?

The creator of the Detective Conan manga, Gosho Aoyama finally spoke openly about the making process of Detective Conan manga. According to his words at Gosho Aoyama's 30th Anniversary Book, he works five days a week with 20 hours a day.

During the 20 hours of work, Aoyama only takes 3 times break with 15 minutes for each break. The break time is usually he used to eat. Then talk about sleep, he usually sleeps in his office at 11 AM to 2 PM. He also accustomed to a short break from 2 AM to 2.30 AM. However, when pursued deadline he forgot to sleep and continue to work.

But just like another famous mangaka, Aoyama doesn't work alone. He is assisted by 6 assistants who do things. Even though they don't work at the same time as Aoyama, they have to stay on schedule.

Aoyama may be just some of the examples of some mangaka who have life behind the drawing table. One Piece creator, Eiichiro Oda even claimed that he only slept from 2 AM to 5 AM, and there was no time to break.
