Purple Forest - Digital Art

in #art5 years ago (edited)

Hey all! So I was a little bored while on ibis paint and I decided to choose a colour (that being purple) and randomly began drawing using different shades of selected colour. I started with the idea of a path, curved dramatically, and then I just started adding from there, drawing in a tree and then repeating the same tree over and over until I felt like something was coming together. And thus, produced the purple forest, finishing off with the cloudy sky, comforting the moon above.

I felt like this turned out quite nicely, a little quirky but in a low tone. Like a poster you'd see and question what it could possibly be for. I like experimenting, I think maybe next I will follow with the colour Orange and see what comes out of the process. ;)

So, thank you for taking the time to read this post! Take care everyone! 🦊

I really like the values that you used here :) the different purples really create a minimalist and wonderful look that invokes a journey through a forest under a full moon night :)
