Amazing Buildings of the World. The Hole House
The Hole House was an architectural installation located in Houston, Texas. Officially known as the ‘Inversion’ project, two sculptors, Dan Havel and Dean Ruck, created the work in 2005 using two houses that were slated for demolition. The exterior skin of the houses was peeled off and arranged in a narrowing spiral that gave the impression they were being sucked in by some kind of strange event – perhaps, as some observers suggested 'a disaster of the space-time continuum'.
The artistic duo created this art piece by putting in a lot of efforts. However the structure was demolished in sometime, in order to make a new project called The Art League Houston Building. Hence sadly the beautiful structure does not last any more.
