Art In Progress - Graphite Pencil Portrait - Step by Step Process #1

Hello everyone, I have been working on a graphite pencil drawing. I've been spending a lot of time on it and I hope to make it as professional and realistic looking as possible.

I gained a copy of the original picture from google, or a famous singer and song-writer from the Caribbean where I am from. I think I'm on the right step so far.

It's not completely finished yet but I hope to finish soon. It should take 10 hours to complete.
