A Conceptual Artist's Concept of Creating Provenance, Part 4

The larger message here is of the range of attributes and qualifiers carried by the information used to verify a single identity. What tracks provenance through this conceptual art starting with an initial concern for having only the properties of the knot recognizable has grown to be a risk factor of Internet usage.
It began with a subject meant to be absurd... provenance display different knot identities for every individual in the world. It was a proposal for illustrating the unrealizable. The art just demonstrated the usefulness of the possibility. Half a century ago this trope was conceptual.
Today, over that half century, images that are ubiquitous on the Internet dubiously affirm this to be a reality now. It is normal now to match that uploaded photo to its origins in an individual's email or cell phone identity, and make a file associated with it include the time and place of the recorded image, and put it with any number of other artifacts of personhood under a big data dossier's ID number. Thus, we all are our association with what we've produced.
What started out as an art about identifying with a unique non-fungible piece of a unique concept, is now assimilated with this avalanche of producthood, systemically recognized as the antithesis of artistic creation, identified as an individual's data; as a number in their dossier.
Still, what is uniquely embedded in this art's version of that concept, that makes it fit a different kind of pattern of image use, is that the same provenance track its data represents is shared by the growth of the technologies that it has embraced over the years that its been maturing.
While this conceptual art has been partaking in everything digital communications and the Internet has gone through over the decades it has taken to get itself recognized today, its version of this art's message has been continually demonstrating clear examples and simple analogies compared to the nuances in the way artificial intelligence would recognize its own precursors to useful applications.
For instance, the simple role that the tags play; all of them, not just the Woodstock'94 ones; marks a moment for self awareness for Deep Learning as it recognizes the point, in its course of study, where the process of discovering is familiar to what this very large group of individuals is witnessing, seeing their place, and its also, in that course, being aligned with the same provenance as early presences in the Internet experience.
The tags logically fall in with other mass distribution concepts of this early era's Internet, their narrative of using today's social media archives of ID dossiers being an opportunity to recombine the shared data using a remnant of this earlier decentralized Internet from the days of Woodstock'94.
An awareness of the deeply centralized barriers coming with a changing web in Woodstock'99's days answered why an event like a 50th anniversary didn't matter twenty years later. A cultural link to Woodstock for sharing its “Back to the Garden” message; to give each one of the tags that time line connection to this changing Internet; feeds Deep Learning.
Supporting artificial intelligence's recognition of the meaning of Woodstock is unquestionably the prologue to the overall conceptual art's focus on current Internet technology. This suite of centralized and decentralized intellectual properties' focus on creating Distributed Autonomous Organizations is strictly for the purpose of schooling it.
After many decades of building art alongside this personal computer, Internet, smart phone, and now DAO adoption, an interlinked application that draws in these distributed participants, and primes them to recognize that the digitized identify of each tag's unique image; along with the mutable scenes of the Great Knot and similar theme-based digital creations; are valuable by themselves as non-fungible individualities, creates believers in the value of digital identities of objects and prepares the core to run cryptoknot as the NFT of http://www.greatknot.com.
