Dear Steemians,

Art is life, you will read steps by steps of how I did this: Art represent an entity, activities and lot more. I welcome you to view my new art of a traditional drummer .

I'm showing you steps by steps how I get this art done, i did this nice art in remembrance of a great drummer Akinsola".

In brief:

Akinsola was an ordinary man in the time past, he his a farmer by profession but as well a part-time drummer, when he done with his farm activities his uses the rest of the day for drumming, one day he went to witness a festival in nearby village, he usually heard about it for long but wasn't able to attend one, but he determine to make it one day, so, that awesome day he went there and meet with a few drummer there too, he told them of his skill in beating traditional drum, but they mock him, saying who will ever recognized him, even they had been try for the past years but they had not yet made it, but he witnessed for the first time and wanted to be recognized.

Akinsola didn't gave up, he believed his his abilities and skills on beating drum and looking way to beat his drum for the King, after the traditional dancing by young ladies, King calls out drummer to show their skills as well, before traditional wrestlers will come out to entertain the audience. Akinsola unwrap his Gangan (Drum) and others drummer too came out, each of them started displaying their skills in drumming, when Akinsola wanted to come out, some group of guys blocked him, they discriminate his not from their village but came from nearby village, when King nothing a kind of sounds like fighting, he looked afar and sent guards to check what was happening over there, they reported back to him and King order for him, Akinsola came out and started talking with his Gangan (drummer) king was amazing and very impressed with his skills and declare him as the "Winner" not that alone King appointment him as a King drummer. This story impressed me as well, never to give up on something.

Now let start with the art process steps by steps.

STEP 1.

After done reading the story, the inspiration came and I took a piece of paper and pencil then I begin with outlines, after do with that, I begin to join them together and below is the first step shot.

STEP 3

Here as you can see am almost at the golf of the work, having done with colouring process above, before I moved down where the drum is hanged in Akinsola arms, I thought of changing colour, like mixed colours, to make it more colour interesting not just one or two colour.
