I just buy for Christmas for my little (12.5 year) a XP-PEN Deco 01 https://www.xp-pen.com/product/84.html and Clip Studio Paint pro . She is very happy with it. Price was acceptable and she could easy adapt . (Before she draw with her hand, traditional) . After my experience, XP-PEN is always the best choice for beginners .
