Privacy is so 19th century, it went out of 'fashion' in the 20th with World Wars and is now en vogue in the 21st... I suppose the 'unblinking eye' was always there, we just didn't want to see it :)
Amazing piece!

Well, en vogue... not quite yet, although it is starting to be discussed and taken more seriously. Did you see the/hear the Joe Rogen podcast where the Twitter bosses are grilled?
It hasn't changed anything... yet, but it's a start.
The unblinking eye has always been there, but where as in the past, we were tricked into believing it saw everything, now it has the technology to do so... but again, there's still slight of hand, as they are struggling to build efficient and capable tools to meaningfully process Big Data. This is why we hear so much about AI. However, that could easily come back and bite them on the arse. =)
