“Yosimite”

One of my favorite places in the world, Yosimite is a 6 hrs drive from where i live, i try to go there once a year to recharge and be inspired. Its like a whole new world, with towering granite rocks and gigantic falls from every corner, even the largest trees in the world reside in this area, the Sequoias. This should be definitely be in your bucket list if you have not gone there yet.
the reason why its called a tunnel view is because there a 1 mile tunnel that you have to cross, once you get to the end, this is the view that will stumble you
This is the favorite spot for some, as you could see all the main tourist spots in Yosimite, namely Bridalveil falls, El Capitan, Cathedral rock , Glacier Point, and Half Dome
i made 2 painting of Tunnel View this is the second one, and used my Photo to paint it
It was a slightly cloudy day when we arrived there, actually it just rained the day before, thats why the Falls that day was everywhere, but in a normal day except summer, the fallls are active.
this falls was from Bridalveil falls
There was just too many falls that i did not bother to know which one is which or what the names where, but all i can do is stare in awe and believe that God is truly an Artist!
this one right here is one of my favorites its called Catheral Rock, and this granite rock is so huge that it feels like maybe giant gods used to roam around here
look at those people at the right lower corner, it gives you a perspective of the size of that granite rock
And i used that as my inspiration and also painted Cathedral Rock

it was such an inspiring experience to be there and to be able to travel with my wife and kids, its one of those trips that makes you makes a mark on your heart and mind that last forever. It a type of place that is peaceful and truly feel the presence of God. It makes you grounded and inspired, and that positiveness stays with you and energizes your soul
You managed to capture in your work, the most beautiful aspects of that landscape. Nature shows us so many combinations of colors and different environments that when you want to paint it, it is not easy. You really have great ability. Thanks for sharing, regards.
