Walking Through Flower Park 108

It was a colder morning in spring so I'm happy I grabbed my jacket before I walked out of the door to go for a walk. Where you walk is important as if it's in a big busy city I'm always looking around because it's not unheard of some car hitting people because they were talking on the cell phone so you can understand it can be a little stressful at the busy times of the day. Early in the morning or late at night is okay but late at night it's a bit too dark while early in the morning is good, you get fresh air and shift gears for the rest of the day. I can spend 2 hours waking up otherwise, you know how it is, make the coffee, take a shower, get dressed and all the little things in between just seems to take longer.

So if you should go for a run/walk after brushing your teeth then come back shower and eat the day is early but you have already kicked it in high gear to do whatever it is that you do, for most of us it's getting ready for work. The place you pick has a big impact on how you spend the next week, If you go to a place that is beautiful it is more likely you will come back and more inspired to repeat that walk vs go for a walk across a busy street waiting for lights to change while other people walk in front of you because they are in a rush....the little things like this effects you in great ways when it comes down to making a choice of waking up (i really don't feel like dealing with assholes today so I'll skip the walk and do it tomorrow) well as you know tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow is what yesterday became. So find a place you love to be at, that is the first step in keeping at that exercise.

Definitely exercise is very important, it is the best way to start the day. Wake up early and go for a walk or run a few minutes before going to work. Even if you do not have time to leave early, at the end of the working day you can exercise to drain all the stress of the day and get better rest at night. Good post, greetings.

Agreed @reialfr, After awhile, you get into a pace and you start to decompress your mind while you're exercising thinking about other things that you didn't have time to think about during the day because you were so busy.
