JWildfire Lesson: base fractal "Flower Bowl" experiments with triangles

in #art6 years ago

Hello!
In this lesson, I will begin to experiment with the base fractal "Flower Bowl". How to do it - see in this lesson.

I start by moving the first triangle in normal mode, but there are no visible changes to the picture. I turn on the posttransformation mode (PostTF button) and move the first triangle in this mode - the base of the flower looks like a spiral:

I turn off the posttransformation mode and go to the second triangle. A strong shift of this triangle distorts the picture and makes it ugly:

But if you move it very little, you will get something interesting:

Also I advise you to try to change the size of this triangle:

In the posttransformation mode, this triangle also has a strong influence, but you need to select its position and size, so that something symmetrical and beautiful comes out:

The third triangle in normal mode only slightly affects the coloration. In the post-transformation mode, almost the same thing happens, the glare is slightly different:

The fourth triangle in normal mode also does not have any effect on the drawing. In the post-transformation mode, it turned out that he is responsible for the cup in the middle of the flower:

I have the last - the final triangle. In normal mode, when you move it, the shape of the flower changes:

In the post-transformation mode, the flower moves along the black field with the triangle.

In the next lesson, I'll show you the experiments with plug-ins in this base fractal.
Thank you for attention!
