A beautiful tail with a common street cat. You described it as a "wicked animal". After that, I remembered the old Soviet saying: "Only from the life of a dog - a dog can be biting." This applies to all animals. Usually street cats are angry only because it helps them survive.
However, you made an excellent shot and found the cat in a rush. I'm sure that the cat thought that it was not in sight of people :) But you're right, there was a desire to see the cat entirely.
The cat's tail is in a pleasant environment. I like it when there is a lot of green natural color in the photo. For me, green color acts in a soothing way.
