The light in this piece is amazing. The glow of the two cubes and the shadows cast upon those behind, it is a genius study in light and form. And it has so much animation, amazing what you can evoke in a painting whose primary focus is the cube. It shows it matters not the subject, if the artist is talented his emotive spirit lives on the canvas/page/screen and shines through to the viewer.
