Oil Painting Portraits in a Cafe in Ubud, Bali

If somebody asks me 'Which town was the most fulfilling place with regards to artworks for you in SEA?', my answer is by far the most 'Ubud'. This town is totally insane with its different tourist profile. In your every step on the streets of Ubud, you can see artworks everywhere. Sculpture workshops, woodcarving ateliers, painting galleries, metalworking courses, musical instruments, shrine engravings, tattoo studios and so forth... If you are into these kind of works, this place is the heaven for you.

After a meditation class in a studio next to Ubud Palace, we went to a nearby restaurant called 'MyWarung'. Our aim was just to feed our stomach. But thanks to the universe, we fed our soul also with these beautiful oil paintings on the walls of MyWarung. So in shortly, there is no escape from art in Ubud. :)

They are all distinct and have different characters. I could not find who the creator of these but respects to her. I hope that Ubud stays in this tourism character forever, the most alluring point for art lovers.
