Already a year from flood? Time runs really fast.
And reading about gallery and closing off some of them reminds me of situations we have here also. Despite our city is starting to be full with tourist, cheep fun, drinks food and accommodation are very cheep, galleries are closing and more as you said experience staff are becoming popular.
Is it that consuming trend so strong, some other things are getting value, where there is no value?
