A couple of very busy days devoted to my youngest daughter. The other two Valkyries are flown to distant destinations, so we are left behind alone. We have been climate striking, going to the National Museum and watching The Great Danish Bake Off. Now she is sleeping.

Interesting how the viewer's mind creates a nose that is there, simply because of the nostrils.
Drawings really are a strange phenomenon. When you think of it many of them do not even in the slightest resemble reality. I remember wondering as a child how this could be comprehended as a man:
Yes, that's part of the wonder of the human brain, the compulsion to seek patterns and make sense out of the world. Maybe that is part of what can make art so interesting.
Yes, agree. A part of what art is is to have this double presence. It is one of the main parts of music .

Is it because now water fowl are there to be spied?
