My thoughts exactly. In my opinion nocturnal things should happen after midnight. At night. But the last events that started were at eleven. Sun had set at 21:48 and it was actually dark perhaps an hour, hour and a half later. But I guess the city has some tight ass regulations. Or is it regowlations. Anyway, I would have howled all night if there would have been other howlers up too. Then it would have been a proper Nocturnhowling. :)
