Superfood works of Art

That the avocado has experienced a real boom in the last few years is no secret, but at the latest since the term avocado art is known, you can do more than eat it. On Instagram, the fruit has become a trend and an art object, not least thanks to artists who diligently post their carvings. I love art and admire people with special abilities like the artist I want to introduce to you today.

Fruit artist Daniele Barresi

With a great deal of tact and even more talent, he carves vegetables, fruits, soap, pretty much everything, works of art that are so unique and filigree that I barely came out of amazement.

The native Italian, currently lives and works as a chef and artist in Sydney. His works have also been awarded to numerous chefs and carving competitions.

It's definitely worth to check out his website and his Instagram account, get inspired or just marvel at what is possible with a knife and talent.

Little tip on the edge, the next time you are in Amsterdam and also feel like avocado, I will recommend you the restaurant "The Avocado Show" to your heart. The restaurant is completely specialised in avocados and offers just as tasty and artful avocado dishes. Hope you enjoyed the post.

Superfood Kunstwerke

Das die Avocado in den letzten Jahren einen richtigen Boom erfahren hat ist ja kein Geheimnis, aber spätestens seit es den Begriff Avocado Art gibt weis man, das man damit mehr machen kann als diese nur zu essen. Auf Instagram ist die Frucht zum Trend und Kunst Objekt gleichermaßen avanciert, nicht zuletzt dank Künstlern die ihre Schnitzereien fleißig posteten. Ich liebe Kunst und bewundere Menschen mit besonderen Fähigkeiten wie den Künstler den ich euch heute vorstellen möchte.

Mit sehr viel Fingerspitzengefühl und noch mehr Talent, schnitzt er aus Obst, Gemüse, Früchten, Seife ja ziemlich allem, Kunstwerke die so einzigartig und filigran sind das ich aus dem staunen kaum rauskam.

Der gebürtig stammende Italiener lebt und arbeitet zur zeit als Koch und Künstler in Sydney. Seine werke wurden auch schon bei zahlreichen koch und Schnitzerei Wettbewerben ausgezeichnet.

Es lohnt definitiv auf seine Webseite und seinen Instagram account mal reinzuschauen, sich inspirieren zu lassen oder einfach mal staunen was mit einem Messer und Talent möglich ist.
