there is no list of blacklist in the SteemIt TOS

But that does not justify theft of money.

If you do not refund the money, I will speak to a DA in your home state and site every single person your bot has taken money from and sent this same message to, and the NY State DA's office Cybersecurity fraud division because you are running your postings through SteemIt which is headquatered here will definately look at it...
Because of the multiple serial violations and crosses state boundaries I'm sure it falls under mail fraud provisions of the Federal Statuates as well.

Finally your own TOS that you just sent me does not state you WILL KEEP THE MONEY, it only says to use your service we need to be not on a third party list.
