A Bit of Pouring!

Yesterday was a busy day! I got to start framing a few pieces, and to finding out that I didn't have quite enough wood for the bigger piece, so I'll be going to get some today, hopefully.

I did a bit of clean-up after an acrylic pour. These are my two successes from the other day. I'm not sure what I'm going to paint on them yet, but we shall see. I love what colours do when left to their own devices. ;)

And then finally, I took some reference photos for my friend to rebrand herself into a psychic fortune teller. I did a portrait of her as a lion a few years back, and she's decided it's time for a refresher, so I'm going to paint her new portrait over her old one as a symbol of transformation. I can't wait to get started on this. She's going to do so well!

Tonight I have the pirate show, (https://www.facebook.com/events/2029771574005123/) and tomorrow is Mikey's opening night for We Will Rock You! That's exciting. I'm going to be there cheering. And then several of the other nights thereafter.
