Work in Progress - But I'm Going to FInish it Today if it Kills Me.
I don't think it'll kill me. The little details on their little faces will take most of the time. The rest of it will just be for small details, like, swirling them down a sink drain, little legs on the TV, antenna on the top left, and detailing.
I'm going to try not to hyper-focus and go overboard, but I suppose we'll see how I do there!
We finally have three committed actors. Well, they seem to be. If they're not, and they skip after I paint them, I will curse their families for three generations. There will be much gnashing of teeth. But that's just a reiteration of yesterday. I feel good about these ones. They actually respond to the message board.
But really, I do understand why it's hard to commit to work that doesn't have set pay, and the pay that IS expected is not immediate. In this economy, with a housing crisis, it's harder and harder to get by with meager means. That being said, I'm still irritated that the previous two waited so last minute to back out, leaving me all of, TODAY to get this graphic done. I think I technically have a few days, but I have other jobs to do too. I gots my own rent to pay.
No more time to lollygag. It's work time.

World's economy is really not in a particularly good space, though, so yeah, I can also understand how making commitment to unpaid jobs can be a challenge for people.
