Nr 2 of 30, I continue my 30 day drawing challenge… A classic Mercedes SL
Today I slept too long, maybe it was good considering I have been feeling worse today than yesterday and I needed some rest. My flu is really stepping up! Unfortunately that is why I will not make a tutorial today. I don’t know who reads my tutorials and get some good tips from it anyway. But I promise tomorrows post is going to be a full step by step tutorial.
I decided to make this drawing of a black Mercedes SL 300 because I don’t have to do that much shading. Most of it is black so it doesn’t take that much time compared to one with a lot of different shades. The problem though is that it took me almost 1 hour to get a good photo. When the drawing is thick of black graphite it has a tendency to reflect all the lights around me. I hope the photos are good enough anyway, I can’t get it any better than this tonight. I have to wait until the sun is up tomorrow so I can get some natural lighting.
