@simplymike is a very generous and very nice steemian, and like a few of us believe in helping those that are trying to help themselves succeed on steemit. You should visit her post. Having 100SP does mean a stronger vote for you, and if used wisely over the course of six weeks could garner some good curation, and the extra RC's will allow you to make more comments with those votes and post more.
It's actually tough. RC is a monster-fear to the little us.
