Yup, you read the title right! I've drawn the cover for the first book!
And, ah, no, it's not the image above. That's a teaser picture ;)
Now, you may have questions. For instance... first book?? Yes, I meant to type that. In all actuality, I expect this comic series to be about three books long. If you're curious to know how long that is... Well, I don't actually know. I can safely say how long the prologue will be, though! I just got to the last page (in terms of drawing, that is). It'll be about 17 pages (I say about, despite knowing full well it is exactly 17 full pages).
... Yeah, we're still in the prologue, by the way.
Anyway, the length of this thing will be dependent on how the plot stretches out. Already, I can say that some scenes have differed from the original script enough to take up an extra panel here and there, so it may even end up needing a few bonus chapters, if it all keeps up!
Regardless, if you've liked what you've seen so far, or even if you're simply here because there's promise of a cool picture, let me know your thoughts so far - art, style, plot... anything goes, right?
