been there myself a few times - good post and good advice.
It is often not apparent when someone suffers from depression, they might be hiding it, putting on a smiling face while hurting on the inside.
yeah that is true, though there can be different reasons to do that, usually the main one is to not worry the loved ones :(
i got into that same trouble at the time i happened. but i could realize the best option as to ask for help, or the situation could get worse and worse...
