My Gift to Ethan

This is ethan, a 6 year old boy who is really in love with art. He got to know that I am an artist from the dad and since then, he never stopped requesting to be drawn.

He is so fascinated about art and creativity. He told me "I wish I can draw like you, I would draw my teacher in school" haha teachers love!

I finally surprised him with a pencil artwork of himself and his reaction was so heart warming.

The way art and creativity resonates with people makes me love being an artist.

I used graphite and charcoal pencils for this and with the right application, It came out this good.

If this little gift if mine to Ethan could have an effect on him, Then art can really change the world

Very lovely drawing, in the picture he looks serious and sophisticated, but I see the real kid is smiling, just like how kids should be :).

Yea he was serious on the photo because it was a model shot. that picture was to be used in magazine cover. thank you scrawly
