Is this a shrub or is it a piñata? If it is a shrub, this is a creative and fun way to decorate gardens. Don't you think so? Although from the face and color, the shrub doesn't look so happy and seems dry. Greetings, @velimir.
If he were a "Bush" maybe he would have only one eye, so myopic (haha!)... I don't know what this is; I suppose it's an ornament or celebratory figure (of the decadents that characterize us in these times). Will it be a current way of requesting the intervention of the gods of nature?
