Castillo Santa Bárbara
Buenas steemit, hoy os traigo un dibujo de una parte muy importante de mi ciudad de acogida desde hace más de 35 años, vivo en Alicante - España.

Es el Castillo Fortaleza de Santa Bárbara, situado en lo alto del Monte Benacantil mole rocosa de 167 m de altitud lindante con el mar por el sur y por el norte con la ladera y sus pinares, con lo que le confería un enorme valor estratégico ya que desde la misma se divisa toda la bahía de Alicante y sus alrededores terrestres, está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad.
It is the castle fortress of Santa Bárbara, located at the top of Mount Benacantil Rocky Mole of 167 m of altitude bordering with the sea by the south and by the north with the slope and its pine forests, with which it gave an enormous strategic value because from the same one it is visible all The Bay of Alicante and its terrestrial surroundings, is located in the center of the city.
En este recorte del dibujo se puede apreciar las 2 garitas que están en el portón de entrada a la Fortaleza y cuenta con un foso de unos 4 metros de ancho que da acceso al Revellín del Bon Repos, primera línea defensiva.

En este segundo recorte se puede apreciar el baluarte del Rey, zona defensiva por excelencia, ya que contaba con unos gruesos muros de piedra los mismos que están por toda la muralla del Castillo y zonas almenadas para su defensa, en ese mismo muro subía la rampa de acceso a la Fortaleza, con una puerta de reja y madera complicada de forzar.

Este dibujo lo hice hace 21 años, siento no poder poner el proceso de su realización ya que por esos años no existían los medios de hoy en día.
