I made this using two programs - Apophysis and GLIC. Also, I let the users think for themselves about my images.

While you may wish that they would think about it just for the sake of it being the picture, on this platform it seems that engagement, writing and effort are rewarded (it's still a grind though). Just posting an image is considered "low effort".
Also: adding "Upvote, follow, resteem." into the post title is super tacky.
Thanks for clarification, it clears situation with low voting for my images. Maybe I will not gain success on Steemit because I am not really a writer.
Well that's what I thought too at first, now I quite enjoy the writing part of it.
Also, the first 30 or so posts are tough, it just takes a while to build up some energy. It ain't easy but if you stick to it it's worth it because your work is good!
