we have enough against us already , don't be against yourself!
we all have things that we believe in for
dreams , that we want to accomplished
maybe lose some weight , to break an addiction, to find a partner , to start our own business,... but sometimes as it goes on months after months ,,even years ... we don't see any change , we all go into disappointment , depression ... what we feel is just pain ,but pain will Change us , even if you don't like it it's developing something good in you , even in tough times, how the pain change in you is up to you . patience .
