31 degrees? We have around 0 here :D But to be honest I like when it's winter for Christmas. I can't even imagine how it feels when you walk on the beach on the Christmas Eve in your swimming suits :)

I also like it to be winter for Christmas time, since every movie always shows how magical it is for the end of year holiday to be snowing. But then I have to move out of here xD.
