/ PACKAGING REDESIGN PROJECT /

Hello stemians, today I wanted to share with you a project a had to do for my university about product packaging redesign. Maybe you already know some of the products I chose, and other are products which are only sold in my country.

So the project was about to chose 3 products that has changed many times their packaging through years, and design our own ideas for the product packaging. I present you my poster and after this I will explain the products and my ideas of redesign.

The first product I chose was the perfume Arpège by Lanvin which had launched in 1927. It is considered to be one of the world's classic scents with really classy design, a black bottle with a gold top was decorated with a gold illustration of Jeanne Lanvin and her daughter. However the design of the packaging has changed many times but it never was far away from the first original one. So I tried to stay at the original style using gold and black colors, but with a modern shape to different my product from the others that already exist.

The second product I chose, is a yogurt which I think it is most known here in Greece. The brand is called Total, and has redesigned many times through years. I chose to redesign the package of a yogurt with fruits, which I have tried and it is really tasty. I tried to design at the same style of the company cause it is important to make your custom remember a product from its classic style.

The third product I chose, is Nescafe classic a famous coffee which here in Greece we call "frappe". From a research I did, the brand has make many changes at the packaging but always keeping the personal style of the product. That's what I tried to do too, keeping the style while designing a new modern shape for the packaging.
