The threshold for payments is about $0.02 so your readers will start recieving payments from all of your upvotes once your upvote power renders a vote of $0.02.
You voting strength decreases with each upvote but it also regains it's strength if you don't upvote for a while. I forgot how long it takes but maybe @tarazkp @nathanmars or @exyle can chime in.
