Traditional astrology in modern world, part 1

Traditional astrology is a form of astrological doctrine, which was applied in the period from the 2nd century BC to the end of the 16th century. The discovery of the heliocentric system by Kepler will forever change the image of our universe, and send astrology in its original form to oblivion.

I am by definition a traditional astrologer. And I'm going to tell you about astrology that has been practiced in its
original form, starting from the earliest known times, and all the way to its disappearance in Renaissance Europe. This is
my story ...

The main reason for the disappearance of original astrology is the loss of the image of the cosmos on which astrology is
based. Astrology is the language of the symbols, which is based on a specific cosmological hierarchy. The basic problem in the understanding of astrology is the ignorance of the cosmological model - a topocentric cosmos, which is limited! Yes, the astrological sky is different from the astronomical sky we teach in schools, because it is not infinite. Using astrology terminology, we call astrological skies (plural!) HEAVENS!

The picture above describes astrological cosmos. The astrological cosmos model is not heliocentric - the Sun is not in its
center - it is already topocentric. In the topocentric model of the cosmos, the observer is the one in his center. The
astrological cosmos consists of elemental and star spheres. Elemental spheres are compared in the following order: earth, water, air, fire. Fire is the weakest element that reaches the boundaries of the tangible world. Earth as the toughest element is at the bottom of the hierarchy. Of these four elements, the whole material world is formed, which we observe with our senses.
The supralunar spheres have 8: 7 planetary and 8th of the fixed stars. The closest sphere to us is the sphere of
the Moon. Behind it, at a greater distance, in this order are the spheres of Mercury, the sphere of Venus, the Sphere of the Sun, the Jupiter sphere, the Saturn sphere, and, finally, the most far away is the sphere of fixed stars. It is important to note that in this kind of hierarchy the sphere of the Sun occupies a middle, central place.
Someone can ask: What is behind the sphere of fixed stars? More spheres? What spheres? Yes, there are more spheres, but these spheres are metaphysical, and they will be told in the text that follows.
