Who are the players?

Mars = action, physical energy, initiative, self-assertion

Neptune = dreams, fantasies, spiritual principles, healing talents

Departing sextiles = bring ideas, information, the desire to share knowledge, the invitation to move around

What's happening?

This is an interesting energy, but it's sure not very active. Neptune, the symbol of fantasy and imagination, is always more a dreamer than a doer. And Mars in Taurus -- the only dynamic component here -- prefers not to spend one speck of energy more than he must. Regular breathing can sometimes be the extent of his stamina. Taurus is the champion "I'll do it tomorrow, right now I'm resting" kind of guy. Even Mars, the fire-cracker of the celestial citizenry, doesn't get him stirred up much.

So right there we have the makings of more good intentions than good deeds. Keep that idea close. Mars sextile Neptune is inherently though a very charitable energy. When it comes to responses and plans, your heart is certainly in the right place, but you may not honestly do much about it. You want to be helpful. You want to be generous. You want to be sensitive -- but, oh, goodness, that requires a little effort -- and the whole design may die on the drawing-board.

You do, however, have a lot of nice intuition going for you at the moment, and if you do decide to stir yourself, your efforts will hit their mark. So have a look at who needs help (before you make any promises!!) and see if some initiative might be worth it. You could bundle up a lot of good Karma for the future with just a few favors and kind gestures -- but in the end, it's up to you.

What to expect?

• The desire to help others -- especially those who could use a helping hand, but whether you actually follow through is a real question
• Good instincts for what would be useful, profitable, helpful, welcome, etc. -- assuming you decide to get off the dime
• Invitations to boost your spiritual principles, mystical knowledge, social conscience, philanthropic efforts
• A good understanding of the necessary give-and-take in life -- in case you feel more like giving than just taking
• Excellent creative inspirations -- but you'll have to do what it takes to make them solid ... otherwise, they'll fade softly into dreamland -- and that'll be the end of it
• Trouble finding enough energy to get anything done

There is nice potential in this energy mix, but wow, is it fragile. See what you can do with it. Let's hope it's something. As opposed to nothing.
