Firstly I will like to thank @customnature for this opportunity he has given me to participate in this contest despite it is my first..... Now back to the main thing, this pic I took is a picture of an abandoned uncompleted health care center which was an abandoned government project. The reason for dumping the project by the government is unknown to most residents in the area including me.
