Because it has IDE integrated inaide as well? I don't know as I mainly use it as text editor and I'm not a developer. Specialised IDE may be better compare to 'general' tool like this. But I'm in no position to comment on this.

It doesn't have all the features, like auto-import and proper refactoring. They are getting better on having good intellisense.
Yeap, I guess such tools is not designed to replace the IDE. They mean more for the web development I believe.
