Self-Driving Trucks - Job Crisis!

The commercial industry is looking to upgrade its software and hardware to self-driving trucks! This could mean a reduction in jobs for millions of individuals. However, what if that wasn't the case? What if it the government force business to transition truck drivers into newer and higher positions, such as a truck manager? You will still need to be certified and have your, CDL, however, the driving will mostly be done by the auto-pilot system during long-hauls. This would reduce driver fatigue, improve safety, and with electric trucks, reduce emissions. I am a huge fan of technology and trust that it will help humanity rather than hurt it.
