Before watching Captain Marvel it would be good to know few things about Skrulls so you can understand them in better way and In this this post I am going to give you facts that will increase you excitement for Captain Marvel movie.

1)GREAT SHAPE SHIFTERS

It is obvious to know that Skrulls are shape shifters and take form of any human being .we have seen in Captain Marvel trailer that Skrull have taken form of a old lady but the interesting fact is that Skrulls can take form of any living and non-living entity i.e table,chair, book,cat etc:-.

2)THE FIRST VILLAIN

You may not know that Skrulls are one of the first villain in marvel comics. Stanley and Jack Curvy created these alien race in 1962 and they were introduced in Fantastic Four issue no. 2 where they were doing all the villain work in form of Fantastic Four .Later in the story Fantastic Four identifies the Skrulls and defeats them and after that , Skrulls have been appeared many time sin Marvel Comics.

3)SECRET INVASION

As I told that Skrulls appeared in many event of Marvel comic and on of those cross over event is Secret Invasion.In Secret Invasion storyline , it was revealed that Skrulls have kidnapped the superheroes and taken their place in earth including all the high post of Earth .After this they were preparing to invade earth. Recently , It was revealed that me may see Secret Invasion story in MCU in which many of the heroes we have seen from these year were Skrulls.

4)THE WAR SKRULLS

Now , there are different types of Skrulls in Marvel.The normal Skrulls can change their form but the War Skrulls can change their form and also mimic the powers of the subject. i.e- Skrull who becomes Tony stark will have the intelligence of Tony Stark or a Skrull who become wolverine will have claws like wolverine.

5)KREE SKRULL WAR

It is one of the most important event of Marvel Comics .captain marvel will have similar event lie this.It was the first crossover event in Marvel comics where many superhero came to fight . It was a war between two biggest alien race , Kree and Skrulls. In this event , our earth was also caught up in this war due to which all the superhero have come together.Captain Marvel could start this event in MCU.

6)THE CELESTIALS

It is interesting to know that Celestial and Skrulls are connected.In MCU we have seen 3 celestials , ESON-The Searcher,EGO-The Living Planet and The Half Celestials-Starlord .Now the interesting part is that the celestials have created the Skrulls . The celestial did genetic experiment in reptilian species which gave 3 organisms.Prime Skrulls which have no power , Deviant Skrulls which have shape shifting power and finally The Elementals who are immortals and have superpower.In future we are going to see a movie of Eternals , so we will see the connection between Eternals and Skrulls in later years.

Introduction of Skrulls at this point will be very Crucial for the future of MCU . In comics the most important event of Skrulls are Kree Skrull War and The Secret invasion .We will see Kree Skrull war in Captain Marvel and we can hope that MCU will show Secret Invasion in future.
