The film was announced in October 2014 as Avengers: Infinity War - Part 1. The Russo brothers officially lined up as a director in April 2015, while in May Mark and McFeely joined the scriptwriter for the film. In July 2016, Marvel shortened the title of the movie to Avengers: Infinity War. Filming begins in January 2017, at Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Fayette County, Georgia, and is scheduled to run until June or July 2017. Additional shoots are made in Scotland and England.
Avengers, which split after the events in Captain America: Civil War, in collaboration with the Guardians of the Galaxy against Thanos, an intergalactic villain who was trying to gather the Infinity Stones to complete the gauntlet that allowed him to do whatever he wanted to the rest of reality.
