Avocado ice cream tastes very delicious
Dear steemian friends. I will share about avocado ice cream
Maybe for some will feel strange with this ice cream.
The reason is usually ice cream served and processed with a mixture of milk and cream.
But this time there are other ways to enjoy new ice cream preparations.
Namely served with a mixture of avocado fruit.
Of course this avocado ice cream is not less delicious when compared with other ice cream.
Because the texture is soft and smooth to make anyone feel addicted after eating it.
Here's an avocado ice cream recipe.
Ingredients:
-200 Gram whip cream powder
-1 Medium-size avocado fruit, cut into pieces
-3 Sdm sweetened condensed milk
-100 Ml boiled water
-Chochips, almonds and cheeses, for toppings
How to make:
Put the whipped cream powder and boiled water into the mixer container.
Stir the mixer at low speed, while adding sweetened condensed milk and avocado chunks.
Stir until well blended and the dough lightly expands.
Pour the dough into a freezer-safe container, sprinkle chocochips, chopped almonds and grated cheese.
Enter into the freezer until it cools and hardens.
Enjoy the avocado ice cream when it is hardened.
