          Don't apologize... you did what you thought was right. I've seen others do a 180 on Tucson in one day and they looked like fools trying to say that those restraints on the tree were for hanging food out of the reach of animals. Small problem: They were about 4' off the ground... Sorry Col. Roy Potter. Where is your Army training? Lost in space... the space between your ears?

          Homeless people don't like hard work... especially building tunnels in the desert. That camp was built for a purpose and wasn't for homeless people to hang out and relax.
