Actually it was founded in 1988 and has been family run since then. Much can be said about the shift in taste to cater for western tongues, but this bakery holds true to heart and tastes exactly as they would in Hong Kong.

Don't visit China town for a fake experience, visit it for a real taste of the east. And on that note, don't forget to visit Wah Kee Bakery for their freshly baked buns. You can't really get any better than that. Also, you can smell the fragrant bread from literally a mile away. Isn't that alluring enough?
