whats the point of borrowing 400STEEM?
Not trying to be a dick, im just trying to understand why so many people borrow steem.
Why does anyone borrow anything? You'll have to ask my clients that.
thats was really directed at the client. I dont foresee you really getting involved with why they need it. Its just seems novel to need to borrow that small amount in my mind!
