I think you'll find a lot of people here are open to the concept of UBI, and there could totally be some collaboration and synergy between Steemit and Manna... perhaps right down to the integration of Steem as a payment method in the MannaBasics store and a way to directly purchase Manna with Steem/SBD without having to go to BTC in between and lose on exchange fees.
