Relaxing beach

One of the best way or place to relax ourselves from almost that could burnout us from work, is the beach. A waves that roll and crash into the shore is a relaxing sound, this could recharges us before we go back to work. Beach has a lot of benefits to our health. Sun bathing which is a source of vitamin d, a natural way of getting vitamin d. Sand is a natural way of exfoliating or natural way of pelling off dead skin cells like walking barefoot in the sand, covering our body with the sand. Exfoliating keeps skin much softer, healthy and rejuvanated. The sea water makes our skin elasticity feels good. These are some of my photos took in caramoan beach as we'd hop around caramoan. image
