We created Beam to help stakeholders of the retail value chain connect with their customers in a more effective manner. Beam is a global payments acceptance platform built for 21st century commerce harnessing the power of mobile phones and utilising the reach of the internet. Today, Beam’s technical network reach exceeds 400,000 stores globally with over 5,000 live stores in three continents. Using blockchain, Beam plans to unlock the potential data goldmine within retail and scale emerging technology capabilities on its platform for physical stores.
