My Steem Hunt mentoring report.
Hello everyone today i am really happy as i have done mentoring work for the second time and i can proudly say that i did my work in a decent manner.
So now coming to the refrals i have refered around 5 People and it was really a tough job mentoring them as steem hunt is a bit difficult to understand in starting but still somehow i managed to do so.

So hear was the short list of people i mentored and yes still they are learning and i am happy that they are doing well.
It was not at all easy nor too hard to bring them on steem hunt as i love to make friends so in the interaction with them on the post it really became a good bond between them so after that it was easy to tell them about this awesome platform to join and start hunting.
The biggest challenge which I faced while onboarding them was that as steem hunt is a bit on a complicated side so it really requires a good amount of time to make people understand about it and even after explaining it for 1 time there are still many questions unanswered so yes that was a challenge for me but I overcomed it with breaking everything in parts and then making my refrals understand about it slowly.
So my best tip for all you guys out there would be try making real interaction on people's post and make them your friend which i am sure will automatically do your 90% work and for the rest 10% you can communicate with them in a effective manner and i am sure you will definitely have a wonderful mentoring journey.
So hear i will end this post on a note hope so all my refrals get a good amount of exposure and success in future with steem hunt.
